Chef Shari Leiterman has been with FoodnSport since the '80's.

She is our head chef at every retreat, and has been the head chef at raw festivals around the world.

In the video below, Chef Shari Leiterman demonstrates her favorite techniques for making ice cream, her way, so that she can get exactly the taste, texture, and mouth feel that she wants to deliver to the table.

Along the way, Chef Shari shows you a variety of options, tricks, tips, variations, and serving suggestions.

Yes, banana ice cream is easy and quick, and always a delight.

Whether you choose to have your ice cream plain, sprinkled with carob powder, touched with cinnamon, or topped with dried mulberries; the options are truly endless.

We will be serving banana ice cream to our guests at the end of the Costa Rica Fast and Feast event this coming Feb 3-Mar 16, along with many other tried and true favorites.

Chef Shari will give food demos, in addition to putting great food on the table every day, all designed to heighten your experience of the 80/10/10 lifestyle.
